Last Sunday, we left home on our bikes to go and check out a fair which Nic had heard about. But Nic being Nic, he had forgotten to verify small details, such as the location and the price, and decided to just guess it. Unfortunately for him, once downtown, we realized that the fair was on the other side of town, and way too pricey for what we wanted to do.

Nevertheless, I really want to do it again a few times. Plus, we discovered many little gems along the way, spots we will most likely go back to just to hang out one afternoon, or have a picnic under the autumn sun. And once again, I have to admit that, despite all I've heard (and thought!), Canberra really is a beautiful place.
Oh Anie-Claude, I knew you'd end up loving it!
RépondreEffacerCanberra has a special place in my heart....I LOVED every minute of being there!
Wait until your last day approaches. You'll see, you'll shed a tear or two as you drive away from that place. (I recall our departure as if it was only yesterday, yet 4 years have now gone by :( )
Can't wait to go back to go "back home" to visit ..... make room for us in 2015!
You have a spot reserved! We'll be waiting! :-)
