Cette année encore, nous avons eu la chance de participer à un événement de financement organisé par le Haut-Commissariat pour le "Native Animal Rescue Group", un organisme qui porte secours, recueille et réhabilite des animaux sauvages. Et cette année, ils nous avaient apporté un bébé kangourou, un bébé possum et deux bébés wombats!
Élie a eu droit à un bisou de possum, et nous avons tous pu jouer avec et cajoler à souhaits les bébés wombats. Ce fût un après-midi rempli de souvenirs précieux.

Once again this year, we were lucky enough to participate in a fundraising activity organized by the High-Commission for the Native Animal Rescue Group, an organisation that rescue, care for and rehabilitate wild animals. And this year, we were spoiled! They brought with them a joey, a baby possum and two baby wombats!
Elie got some possum kisses, and we all were able to play with and cuddle those baby wombats as much as we wanted. What an afternoon!
Yes, the little wombat fell asleep in her arm like that, just like a little baby human...!
