Bien que l'hiver ici ne soit pas très difficile, cet hiver fût tout de même le plus froid des 15 dernières années, et le plus mouillé des 10 dernières à Canberra! Alors vivement les rayons bien chauds du soleil et les terrasses fleuries!
Hier, c'était aussi le premier jour de la rentrée pour la plupart de nos amis de l'hémisphère nord (un moins gros hourra peut-être?).
Nous souhaitons à tous une bonne rentrée! L'an prochain, nous partagerons cette journée avec vous pour vrai!
Yesterday, first Septembre, was the first day of Spring in Australia (HURRAY!!).
Even tough winter down here is not rough, this past winter in Canberra was the coldest in 15 years and the rainiest in 10 years! So bring on the warm sunshine and drinks on the patio!
Yesterday was also the first day of school for most of our friends in the northern hemisphere (not sure most of you were shouting hurray for that one...).
We want to wish you all a great school year! Same time next year, we will be sharing this day with you!
