Une autre bonne nouvelle pour commencer notre dernière semaine ici: on a officiellement des locataires! En fait, ça fait longtemps qu'on sait que notre maison est louée, mais on a reçu le bail seulement hier.
Le tout s'est fait extrêmement rapidement et facilement. On était averti que louer une maison en 'hiver' était difficile et qu'on devait s'attendre à quelques mois de vacances. Mais seulement 8 heures après avoir mis notre annonce en ligne, on avait notre première visite et c'était le coup de foudre pour eux! Et un grand soupir de soulagement pour nous.

And a great news to start the long weekend! We have renters! We've known for a while, but we only just received the signed lease yesterday.
Everything went really smoothly. We were warned from the beginning that renting a house in 'winter' was usually difficult and that we should expect a few months of vacancies. However, we had our first visit 8 hours after the ad went up, and it was love at first sight for them. And a big sigh of relief for us!
Bye Bye Maison!! We (really) hope you'll be in good hands!
