Et au petit marché de fermier juste à côté de la maison en plus. Après s'être fait parler de poutine pendant trois ans par à peu près tous les Australiens, on a finalement déniché l'ingrédient manquant pour ce qui est vraisemblablement notre met national le plus connu! Et dire que j'ai fait de la poutine avec du fromage râpé à mon party de départ il y a 6 mois...
Big news down under: we found cheese curds!
And we found them right around the corner, at our local farmers' market. After having heard Australians ask/wonder/express admiration for poutine for the past three years, we finally found the missing key ingredient to what is apparently our most famous national meal! Too bad I had to make poutine with grated cheese for my work farewell 6 months ago...
